MARK FOSTER
Our Founder
The Rock Solid Rigs RSR-21 cockpit is the brainchild of Formula One design engineer Mark Foster.
Mark’s career has seen him operating at senior level on engineering projects for many of racings leading organisations including RedBull F1, Mercedes F1, Williams F1, Alpine F1, RedBull Advanced Tech, Indycar and Arrival.
The design brief for Mark was to create a sim racing cockpit with zero preconceptions, while prioritizing control stiffness and adjustment ranges over all other factors. The resulting RSR-21 cockpit is a design of pure function, which also combines a distinct, contemporary appearance with industry-leading environmental credentials.
